The Man-e Moreno Foundation was started when the world lost a very special young man Manuel Moreno and heaven gained an angel. We have yet to find one person that he didn’t make laugh. His presence alone put a smile on your face and you were sure to enjoy his company. Many people were torn by his untimely death and many many tears have fallen.

By the grace of God and the unity of his family and friends, he still brings smiles to our face and laughter to our hearts; not only with the memories that we hold dearly, but by the remarkable outcome of his foundation.

The Man-e Moreno Foundation is an organization that is dedicated to the healing of those that have lost a love one to a violent crime. We offer financial support for the physical needs and most importantly, emotional support for the spirit. With the help of a group of people who understand that that victims can live, love, and laugh again; our desire is to be that shoulder to cry on, a friend to talk to and a partner to pray with.

Determined to help those that have fallen victim to the on going epidemic of violent crimes, we exercise all our efforts to prevent such victims. We dig deep into the problems that cause such disasters. With God’s help we reach out and touch the lives of those that someday may find themselves apart of the root of today’s violent crimes.

Focusing on the youth in our communities, we will replace boredom with positive entertainment, frustration with understanding, loneliness with friendship, and goals for the wondering. By providing positive mentors for the lost and struggling youth, we will continue to step forward and help others become victorious in their fight for happiness. No longer will our tears we have shed be tears of sadness, but rather become tears of gladness. Hand and hand we will make a difference in our communities.
